Who We Are


Our family-owned business has a long tradition in the industry. It was founded in 2002 by Charlie Schrauth, MBA. Our mission is the assist employers to turn their hiring process from a huge expense to an investment that increases in value for both the employee and the employer. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service in order to guarantee that our clients are 100% satisfied.
We have developed the 6 Step Hiring Process. This process allows for the consideration of HARD and SOFT/HUMAN skills in hiring an employee.  The 6 Step Hiring Process is as follows: 
1. Appoint a committee of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who will have two jobs. a) To review the job description to make sure it reflects the responsibilities/accountabilities the position actually performs. b) To take a Talent Insights Assessment by TTISI. The mean score of the committee is the guide to be used to consider candidates for the position.
2. All candidate being consider for the position takes the same Talent Insights assessment. Those with scores matching the SME's mean score get to move on the hiring process.
3. Conduct Interviews, complete, reference checks and background checks.
4.  Make job offer.
5. Upon acceptance of job offer initiate an ONBOARDING program.  The ONBOARDING process assures the new hire will be a VALUE DRIVEN ENGAGED EMPLOYEE WITH YOUR COMPANY. 
6. Have in place an EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.  According to a recent LinkedIn survey, 94% of employees said they would stay with the company because they had an employee development program.  It is a MUST HAVE to retain employees.

We also work with individuals candidates and employees to assist them in learning their communications style, their value to themselves and to the team, how to adapt their communication style for a better understanding among team members and much more.
