We put this candidate through a 25 step process that ensures his/her interest in the job opportunity and ability to accomplish the job.
If a candidate meets these requirements, we present him/her to the client, make arrangements for and schedule interviews, complete reference checks, hand hold and negotiate compensation package as needed to complete the project.

Management Search offers a 60 day guarantee. If a candidate presented by BSI
Management Search is hired by the client company and leaves the company for any
reason within a 60 day period, BSI will recruit a new candidate that meets the
requirements of the company.
Most
recruiting companies or staffing companies look for candidates by simply going
to job boards to find a candidate who may come close to meeting the client’s
requirements. Most of these candidates are actively looking for a new job
because they have been downsized or laid off, in many cases for performance
reasons. Most often they do not meet the client’s requirements and therefore
wastes his/her time. At BSI we conduct searches the old fashion way. That is we
talk with competitors, trade associations, universities, consultants in the
industry, etc. to locate the very best candidate. We talk with the candidate,
check his/her references and then present him/her to the client. We discuss why the candidate is looking to
change his career, what he/she did in the past that shows that he/her would be
successful in this opportunity. If there is an agreement with the client that
the candidate may be a fit we initiate the interview process.
