  • We utilize the resources of a network of 400 + recruiting organizations to make sure we talk with the very best candidates possible.

BSI Management Search offers a 60 day guarantee. If a candidate presented by BSI Management Search is hired by the client company and leaves the company for any reason within a 60 day period, BSI will recruit a new candidate that meets the requirements of the company.

Most recruiting companies or staffing companies look for candidates by simply going to job boards to find a candidate who may come close to meeting the client’s requirements. Most of these candidates are actively looking for a new job because they have been downsized or laid off, in many cases for performance reasons. That is we talk with competitors, trade associations, universities, consultants in the industry, etc. to locate the very best candidate. We talk with the candidate, check his/her references and then present him/her to the client.  We discuss why the candidate is looking to change his career, what he/she did in the past that shows that he/her would be successful in this opportunity. If there is an agreement with the client that the candidate may be a fit we initiate the interview process.
