BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC was established by Charlie Schrauth in June 2002. Charlie began his career in the recruiting industry with a leading Atlanta management search firm. While with this company, he was trained in all phases of the business including how to attract the most qualified candidates for positions in the Automation and Automation Services industries.

Charlie entered the Recruiting Industry after a successful marketing and sales career with Fortune 100 companies, including a leading consumer product manufacturer of frozen desserts. He earned a MBA degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, one of the top business schools in the country. This experience helped him to understand the needs of the specific requirements of the customer in order to achieve sales success.

Since he established BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC, Charlie .has earned CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant, certification from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC is also an active member of Inter-city Personnel Associates, Inc. (IPA), a 400 member network that allows its members in order to share job orders and candidates. This allows BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC to utilize not only its own vast resources but also the vast resources of other members of the IPA network.

BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC has recently entered into a business relationship with TTI Performance Systems, a leader in assessments. Using TTI's behavior and value assessments, we can assist the employer to resolve communication issues with employees, make sure the employee is in a position where he or she can be a star performer and assist the employer to hire employees who not only meet the specific technical requirements of the position, but also the behavioral and values requirements of the position. This creates an engaged employee who is happy in his or her position and therefore less likely to move on due to job disatisfaction. To assist employers in accomplishing these strategies, Charlie recently earned two certifications from TTI Performance Systems. They are:

  1. CPBA - Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst

  2. CPVA - Certified Professional Values Analyst

These certifications mean that Charlie is trained to analyze assessments for the client but also to assist the client in developing and implementing strategies that will increase employee productivity and decrease substantially employee turnover, thus increasing profits.
