BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC was established by Charlie Schrauth in June 2002. Charlie began his career in the recruiting industry with a leading Atlanta management search firm. While with this company, he was trained in all phases of the business including how to attract the most qualified candidates for positions in the Automation and Automation Services industries.
Charlie
entered the Recruiting Industry after a successful marketing and sales career
with Fortune 100 companies, including a leading consumer product manufacturer
of frozen desserts. He earned a MBA degree from Emory University’s Goizueta
Business School, one of the top business schools in the country. This
experience helped him to understand the need to the specific requirements of
the customer in order to achieve sales success.
Since
he established BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC, Charlie has earned
CPC certification from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). BSI
Management Search & Consulting, LLC is also an active member of Inter-city
Personnel Associates, Inc. (IPA), a 400 member firm that networks its members in
order to share job orders and candidates. This allows BSI Management Search
& Consulting, LLC to utilize not only its own resources but also the vast
resources of other members of the IPA network.
The
objective of BSI Management Search & Consulting, LLC is to provide its
client with outstanding candidates who will not only add value to the client but
